Your first appointment gives us an opportunity to get to know you and learn more about your dental health. We’ll review your dental and medical history forms and take X-rays of your teeth and mouth. One of our doctors will then meet with you to discuss your X-rays, answer your questions, and work with you to develop an individualized treatment plan.

At your next visit, one of our hygienists will clean and polish your teeth and check your teeth and gums for cavities, tooth decay, and signs of gingivitis.

Before your first appointment, remember to bring your completed patient information form and insurance card.
